Click here to access the Patient Portal. You will enter a new web page. Select "Click here to sign in." Enter your username and password. These are initially emailed to you by Dr Freeman. Feel Free to reset your password as often as you like. Once logged in, click the "Messages" tab to view posted information or the "Send Message" tab to message Dr. Freeman. |
